I was born and raised in The Sultanate of Oman, and moved to the United States in the summer of 1999, as a 17-year old college student. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from The American University of Washington DC. I began my financial services career in Morgan Stanley, and then American Century Investments as an analyst. Many years later, I made the brave transition to entrepreneurship, where I owned and managed my own commercial real estate company and Franchise & Non-Franchise businesses with my husband & partner TJ Jiwan.
